Is this legal advice?+
No. IR Assist is a research tool. It helps you find and understand Industrial Court awards quickly; for advice on a live matter, speak to an IR practitioner or lawyer.
Where do the awards come from?+
Dismissal awards published by the Industrial Court of Malaysia on mp.gov.my, from 2003 to today (a few scans too poor to read are left out). We check for new awards every month.
How accurate are the summaries?+
Each award is read in full at least twice, a label is kept only when most readings agree, and each point of a summary shows the paragraphs it came from. In a check of 60 randomly chosen awards, the outcome was right in all 60. Mistakes are still possible, so the full award is always one tap away, and you can report an error from any award.
What is the Termination Index?+
A practitioner’s way of sorting dismissals: eight grounds (Misconduct, Poor Performance, Breach of Contract/Fiduciary Duty, Redundancy/Retrenchment, Insubordination, Negligence, Poor Health/Incapacity, Constructive Dismissal) and five types of misconduct.

Nothing during early access. If paid plans come later, you will be told before anything is charged.
What happens to my data?+
We keep only what your account needs, encrypted, in Singapore. The AI providers we use do not store your questions or train on them. You can edit or delete your account in Settings at any time. See the Privacy notice for details.
