By creating an account or using IR Assist you agree to these terms.

What IR Assist is

A research tool for Malaysian industrial relations: a searchable collection of Industrial Court dismissal awards, each summarised and classified by AI. It is reference material, not legal advice, and IR Assist is not a law firm. Always read the full award, and take professional advice before acting on any matter.

AI summaries

Summaries, classifications, outcome statistics and search answers are produced by AI from the published awards and may contain errors. Each summary links to the paragraphs it relies on and to the full award. Where a summary and the award differ, the award is authoritative. Please use “Report a mistake” when you spot one.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 and using IR Assist for professional or educational purposes.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Fair use

• Do not copy, scrape or bulk-download the summaries or the data bank, or use them to build a competing service.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
• Do not enter other people’s personal data into search.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and liability

We work to keep IR Assist accurate and available but provide it “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made or losses arising from use of the service.

Price

IR Assist is free during early access. If paid plans are introduced we will tell you before anything is charged.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. See also our Privacy notice.
